What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Как прямой завод, we are highly flexible. For standard panel and pocket filters, the MOQ is very low to support trial orders. For entirely custom OEM dimensions or specialized hardware (like custom FFUs), MOQ typically starts at 50-100 units depending on material requirements.

Can you manufacture filters for legacy or non-standard HVAC systems?

Absolutely. We specialize in OEM retrofitting. If you have an older AHU or a specific cleanroom ceiling grid, we can manufacture replacement filters to your exact dimensions (with a strict ±1mm tolerance) matching the exact performance of expensive legacy brands.

Do you offer Private Label or OEM services?

Yes. For wholesale orders meeting certain volume requirements, we offer Private Labeling (custom packaging with your logo). We also offer deeper OEM customization (product specs/materials), though this is less common and subject to higher MOQs.

Are your HEPA filters individually tested before shipping?

Yes. Our medical and semiconductor-grade HEPA/ULPA filters undergo rigorous testing in our independent Air Filter Inspection and Testing Laboratory before dispatch. We utilize advanced ventilation duct testing to accurately measure airflow resistance and filtration efficiency, ensuring strict compliance with high-performance standards.

How do your filters save energy compared to competitors?

Because we manufacture our own raw media (melt-blown and fiberglass), we engineer formulations with exceptionally low aerodynamic resistance. This lower initial pressure drop means your HVAC blowers and FFU motors don’t have to work as hard, resulting in 10%-30% reduced electrical consumption.

Do you allow third-party factory audits?

We strongly welcome them. We are proud of our 100,000-class cleanroom facility and strict TQM (Total Quality Management) protocols. Whether you prefer a live virtual video tour or a physical audit by your team or a third-party agency like SGS/Intertek, we are fully prepared to accommodate you.

Shipping & Global Logistics

What are your standard lead times?

Backed by our daily output capacity of 16,500 units, we are incredibly fast. Standard filter bulk orders generally dispatch in 3-7 дни. Fully customized OEM filters or heavy purification equipment usually require 7-15 days for production and testing.

How do you prevent filters from being crushed during sea freight?

This is our specialty. DTAF operates an in-house packaging base. We custom-build reinforced corrugated cartons and heavy-duty, fumigation-free wooden crates tailored precisely to the dimensions of your container. This guarantees zero structural deformation during rough ocean transit.

Do you support Amazon FBA and E-commerce fulfillment?

Yes. For residential appliance brands and Amazon sellers, we provide complete retail-ready packaging that passes ISTA drop tests. We can print your specific barcodes, apply FBA labels, and route shipments directly to overseas warehouses.

What happens if products are damaged during shipping?

We stand by our “Damage Remake Guarantee”. While our heavy-duty crating makes damage exceedingly rare, if structural damage does occur during ocean transit, we unconditionally remake and reship the affected units to ensure your project isn’t delayed.

What is the warranty period for purification equipment?

We provide a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all structural components and electrical parts (such as PCB boards, sensors, and EC motors) for our hardware like FFUs and Extractors. (Note: Consumable filter media is excluded from this warranty as it requires regular replacement).
