The MINI PLEAT construction is designed to give the filter more surface area. This filter has an average of over 5 times as much surface area as most pleated filters. The increased surface area can make filtering capabilities better and filter life longer . These filters can provide up to one year of use with proper care and maintenance. Designed for areas such as hospitals, air purifiers, and computer clean rooms.

Non-grid high-efficiency filter, using ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper / PTFE membrane filter material that is continuously folded. The inter-fold separation is supported by heat-melt adhesive dots. There is no solid metal grid. The outer frame can be made of aluminum alloy, galvanized steel plate, or 304 스테인레스 스틸. Front and rear are equipped with spray-painted protective nets. The entire unit is sealed with polyurethane injection or knife-edge liquid channel sealing.
