Working principle

When the fine particles are carried by the airflow through the high-voltage ionization zone (with a DC high voltage of 8000V, forming a strong electric field), they are charged positively by the high-voltage field. When the positively-charged particles pass through the negatively-charged dust collection plate (with a constant current voltage of 4000V), they are adsorbed on the dust collection plate and the bacteria, viruses and microorganisms attached to the surface of the particles are surrounded by positive ions, rapidly gaining saturated electrical charges and undergoing electrolysis. During this process, the cell walls of the bacteria will be penetrated and destroyed by positive electrons, and the cell electrolytes will be disrupted, thereby being killed. The electronic dust removal air disinfection and purification device can achieve a one-time removal rate of over 90% of PM2.5 particles (dust, smoke dust particles, etc.) in the air; the one-time purification efficiency of microorganisms is over 90%.
