Maintenance Points

1. Periodic Testing: Regularly measure the equipment’s technical specifications using instruments. If the parameters do not meet requirements, address them promptly.

2. Filter Cleaning: Depending on actual usage, periodically remove the filter media from the primary air filter for cleaning.

3. Check Air Velocity: If a decrease in air velocity is observed, first inspect the surface of the primary air filter. If it appears dark/black, it indicates excessive dust accumulation and increased resistance. In this case, remove the non-woven fabric within the primary filter to clean or replace it.

4. Replace HEPA Filter: If replacing or cleaning the non-woven fabric does not restore the air velocity, the HEPA filter is likely clogged, resulting in increased resistance. In this case, replace the HEPA filter.

5. HEPA Filter Installation: To replace the HEPA filter, remove the nozzle plate, extract the old filter, and replace it with a new one matching the original specifications. When installing, ensure the arrow on the HEPA filter points in the direction of the airflow. Ensure the seal is secure to prevent leakage.

6. Leakage Test: After replacing the HEPA filter, confirm there is no leakage around the frame. Conduct a test using a particle counter; the unit may only resume normal operation once it meets the required technical standards.

7. Electrical Maintenance: Regularly inspect electrical circuits. If faults occur, refer to the electrical schematic diagram for repairs.

8. Door Maintenance: Regularly maintain the door to ensure the electronic lock aligns with the lock hole, preventing the locking pin from jamming.

9. Temperature Restrictions: The operating temperature of this equipment must not exceed 50°C. Open flames are strictly prohibited.
