Progressive Multi-Layer Media:

Constructed with a coarse pre-filtration outer layer, an ultra-fine meltblown core, and a protective synthetic backing. This graduated density traps larger particles upstream, preventing premature clogging and extending operational lifespan.
Leak-Free Ultrasonic / Hot-Melt Sealing:

Optimized for ultrasonic welding and hot-melt production lines. Seams withstand static pressure surges up to 600 Pa without rupture or bypass leakage.
Integrated Aerodynamic Spacer Grid (V-Pocket Formation):

Built-in internal spacer ribs prevent pocket deformation and pocket-to-pocket touch under variable airflow, ensuring uniform face velocity and complete dust utilization across the entire media surface.
