No aluminum foil separators, avoiding metal particle detachment. Suitable for semiconductor, lithium battery, and other process workshops with strict metal ion control.
Multiple sealing options to meet GMP leak testing requirements
Supports two structures: compression sealing and knife-edge gel sealing. Each unit undergoes PAO scan leak testing before delivery, meeting the terminal filter integrity testing requirements of EU GMP Annex 1.
Wide operating condition adaptability
Fiberglass models withstand temperatures from -10°C to 70°C. PTFE media can resist repeated VHP fumigation and high-humidity environments. Explosion-proof configurations are also supported.
Standardized and flexible customization
Compatible with FFU, high-efficiency supply air outlets, exhaust boxes, and laminar flow hoods. Length, width, thickness, and sealing type can all be customized.
