Cleanroom Pass Box with Air Shower

The Air Shower Pass Box is an auxiliary piece of equipment for cleanrooms. It is primarily used for transferring small items between two clean areas or between a clean area and a non-clean area. This helps reduce the frequency of door openings for the cleanroom, minimizing contamination to the lowest possible level.

To reduce the large volume of dust particles brought in by the movement of goods, clean airflow—filtered by a HEPA filter—is sprayed onto the items from various directions via rotatable nozzles. This effectively and rapidly removes dust particles. The removed particles are then cycled back into the air shower area after being filtered by primary and HEPA filters.
